Cell tower locator not working – Opensignal Internet Speed Test Review

I only got this because of the cell tower locator feature, only to find it isn't actually working. I see the arrow and it points to something, but there's nothing else on that page, so, pretty disappointed about that. The speed test sort of works, but gives error on the download part of the test, so, not so useful. The whole thing is basically pointless.
