Great App - Disappointing Follow Through – River Rewards™ Review

This app is very well executed, intuitive and just plain fun to use! The fly fishing intro is worth the download alone! It does all the heavy lifting to take your order efficiently. Too bad the app developers couldn’t also design a better way to pick up your order at the restaurant. Pre-paid, even included a generous tip, estimated time to pick up 7:37 pm. I arrive at 7:35 on the dot. Some confusion at the front desk where the order could be. Search begins. I reorder verbally, they make the ‘Za, and at 8:30 walk out with our order. Explanation given: “we very rarely think to check online orders - next time just call it in or stop by”. Nice app - just don’t use it.
