I paid...but won't save to computer – ABC - Magnetic Alphabet Lite for Kids Review

I downloaded the free app and my kid loved it. I thought it is a good app. I added a few of the sets so it converted to the paid version on the iPad. However, it will not save to my computer as the paid version...only the lite. I have two iPads and only the lite version will download to the other iPad. This is wrong! All the other apps I paid for downloads to all the systems I have attached to my iTunes account. Note only that, I can't comment on the paid version since it says I don't own it. Well...I do...I paid for it. What bad business practices. Not honest.
