Entire app is frozen and is unusable after self upgrade.... – Vonage Business Communications Review

Read above. We will leaving Vonage Business after 13 years if my phone is not fixed by end of business today. Update 4/26: after updating to latest app store, app is still frozen and entirely unusable. Huh 5/26: everything Still frozen as ice, no response from dev or product team. Sigh.. 7/5: Still frozen and still locked out!!! No word from Vonage, not one. Awesome
