Absolutely horrible customer service – Astrill VPN Client Review

I used the vpn loyally for 6 years. Renewed yesterday only to find that it doesn’t work on my phone any loner. When they could not find a solution, they told me to buy a different device..... absolute appalling. When I explained that wasn’t an acceptable solution and to just prorate a refund, they told me ‘all sales are final’..... all sales are final on a product that doesn’t work?! STAY AWAY! Don’t waste $120.
