Recently stopped recognizing my 5200 connections – Plantronics Hub™ Review

It has been reliable for years but recently stopped working. I have uninstalled several times but still does not see that my headset is connected. Under iOS 13.5.1. In privacy settings, the app does not show up in apps that are allowed to use Bluetooth. Maybe that’s the problem.
