Volume difference – Plantronics Hub™ Review

Not sure if this happens to others but I have an iPhone and when I listen to music on YouTube, Apple Music or any other app the volume is constantly different then what’s show on screen. For example, I will raise the volume on my phone but no change is made to the volume on my Bluetooth. I have to manually adjust the volume on my headset. I have Voyager 5200 series. Can this be fixed with an update??
