it’s really inconvenient that people you’ve matched with can’t see your profile updates. when you change your profile picture and bio, they still see the old one from when you first connected with them. the app makes profile pictures look so much lower quality than they actually are, and then people think you’re a catfish! on the online version (i have mac) you can only reply to your old conversations or video chat. there is no option to text chat like in the ios app. other than that, there are many profiles that are bots. there should be some kind of spam regulation that whenever someone stays on the “waiting for chat” page without clicking anything or skipping, they should be suspended for a short amount of time. lastly, you seriously need some profile picture checking system. i’ve seen way too many nudes just scrolling, trying to find normal people to talk to. i truly love this app and will stay on it but these things are what’s going to make it like tinder and other random chat apps.
