Also, if you are able to, please help us get the bots off of the site/app. They’re killing the experience. Sex bots, spam bots, etc. Even racist bots. They’re randomly created accounts and if you’re able to crack down on how account creation occurs(like put verification actions in the process or something) then it’d be much easier to deal with them. As it stands, I encounter a bot for every 5 Times I am matched.

Actually met my husband on this hellscape of an app. It’s mostly filled with weirdos, creeps, and bots but if you’re lucky enough to find someone decent to talk to, it’s almost worth the rest of the strange crap. Met as teenagers, have done 4 years of long distance trips, and will be getting married in August. It’s a lovely story but this app still has such a gross reputation we pretend we met online playing video games. Definitely do not let your kids under 17 anywhere near this. But thanks, Chatous, for my awesome partner and our own secret/inside jokes about this weird webscape you’ve created that will never get old.

Don’t waste your time or your money you will get ripped off!!! The worst part is there’s a lot of robots and you will get skipped a lot and every time you get skipped you get charged even though you didn’t talk to anybody you lose hundreds of points that way and that’s their goal to do that lol!! This app was such a great place to find amazing people to talk to about 3-4 years ago. Ever since then more people have found out about it and it’s full of weirdos,creeps,a lot of people being underage but saying there 18 or older,people selling there pics and even people using children as there profile pics. You also get the same people over and over again and never see any new people. This app needs to have a big change come it’s way and fast. Only good thing I have to say about it and it’s the reason I gave it 2 stars is because I’ve found a few decent people on there but that’s about it.

The app itself is alright. it gives me stuff to do when i’m bored and allows me the ability to leave a conversation if i so choose. The disgusting thing is there are account(s)that blatantly advertise child pxrn. i have reported the account(s) several times every time i see them but they are still there. this is gross, super upsetting and puts any minors on the app in danger. I’ve sent feedback on the app and still nothing. Will Chatous staff PLEASE take care of and remove the account(s) for good?!

I’ve seen child porn promoted one too many times on this app and I’ve reported it every time this is so horrible I refuse to even type in the website to try and report I don’t want to get caught in a honey-potting situation but it is poorly developed and not well moderated

App is filled with child porn/pedos/groomers and there are many bugs. I haven’t been able to update my profile in months. It refuses to update. The idea of the app is good and similar to meowchat was enjoyable but is not managed well.
