Horrible Product/Customer Support – eXact Contacts for Act! Review
Back on June 9th I submitted a support ticket regarding sync failure and only received an automated response that my ticket # had been assigned. I followed up on the support ticket on June 15th with no response. I followed up again on June 26th, again with no response. I am writing this on June 27th. I would love to buy this product if it would sync my data without error and the support actually existed!!
