5 Start Really – eXact Contacts for Act! Review

Yes this app does most of what you would want, and I agree it is about as ugly an interface made. But what kills me is that you have to constantly sync or get locked out of your own data. Have been out of town, and bam...can't get to my data. Exact said you need to learn to sync more often. If I don't have any changes why would I need to sync? Besides, let me make that decision when to sync not you! I have had great luck with customer service. 5 Star ratings?....internally generated.
