Not very informative when it works! – SolarEdge Monitoring Review

I've had my system for 9 mos now I also like many others have the app not working but have been assured the system is producing - very frustrated because again my last update was last night and it should be real time Reported this issue and had tech come out and he assures the system was working but the inverter just lost connection to the app - this is the 2nd time I've had to report this I also do not see all the screens on the app as the App Store shows I would also like more real time info on my panels AND alert when anything is not functioning as it should I should not have to check everyday to make sure it's working Very frustrated
