Crash issues,stopped running. – Pioneer Remote App Review

I have had this app for about three years and it has worked great now it will not even open.all of my wi fi and Bluetooth settings have not changed .my firmware on my receiver is up to date and my phone and iPad are up to date.i can’t find any support for this app very disappointed.
