This is annoying... – SQUARE ENIX Software Token Review

So, basically the problem with security token that if you lost your phone or damaged. Besides from getting a new phone, there is no way to log in to the Square Enix account to get registration password to use the app if you only has a single phone per account. It is a terrible idea to make every log in related must enter one time password in order to continue. A damaged phone can’t be used, and how do someone going to access to their accounts if they can’t log in into their Account Management because of one time password required? The problem that customer support is not always available, especially weekends. Email can take 3 to 24 hours to answer. It really dull that not likely the customer support can assist just in one turn to something like this since they usually just throw copied Q/A and expect people do what actually instructed. It really circle around how you must log in your account in order to change something. Really stupid ideas, that said why would it possible to just send to registrated email for any recovery info if someone forgot or lost their passwords by incident. Think hackers can just take an registrated email that easily? I really disappointed how Square handling account recovery and password recovery. Security token is actually in that middle mess that can only be helped by customer support with “regular schedule” and long waiting responses.
