Glitches When spending the wheel – Jelly Splash: Fun Puzzle Game Review

I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone from jelly splash concerning when I am watch the videos & after the video plays instead of the wheel spinning it cuts me off I also can’t get my daily jelly’s because of this glitch I don’t move pass day3.??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️???HELP
