Hello Jelly Splash 9/9/16 I just made a small purchase of .99$ Cents + NY TAX FOR 70 coins. I went through the steps, entered my password ... Received message back that purchase was successful but did not receive my coins. Could you please see what happened ...? The money has been charged to my Visa but NO COINS. WHEN I MADE THE PURCHASE I HAD A BALANCE OF FIVE (5) COINS. I STILL ONLY HAVE FIVE (5). Please do something to RECTIFY THIS MATTER. Sincerely, Emily Jane Manzi
