Love the app but it needs an update – Prüvit Pulse Review

I love this app and I would love to keep using it however I never get the pulse alerts on time and my rank hasn’t updated in the app in over a week. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app several times it doesn’t help.
