App won’t play videos even though I have Discovery Life in my cable subscription – Discovery Life GO Review

My Cox cable subscription includes Discovery Life. I just pulled it up on my TV. But the App won’t let me access All Star Workouts and gives a message saying the videos are only available if you have a cable subscription that includes Discovery Life, which I do! This worked fine a couple of weeks ago, but now it won’t. Frustrating :(
