App won’t play videos even though I have Discovery Life in my cable subscription

My Cox cable subscription includes Discovery Life. I just pulled it up on my TV. But the App won’t let me access All Star Workouts and gives a message saying the videos are only available if you have a cable subscription that includes Discovery Life, which I do! This worked fine a couple of weeks ago, but now it won’t. Frustrating :(

This used to be a great app. Last update resulted in numerous subscribers (I have Cox) being blocked, even though they have & are paying for the required services. Discovery Life Go is well aware of problem but has taken no action to remedy this! The site says they will send notifications when issue is resolved. Around 30 days later, NO RESOLUTION! Extremely disappointed in inaction on the part of Discovery Life Go!!!

So, I like the app itself. Loads fast and has most episodes and seasons. But I have two complaints. Number one, only has a few seasons of each show! ?? Secondly, it DOESNT SUPPORT ATT UVERSE!!!! ????

You can only watch like one episode of each series for free! You have to sign in to your cable provider to watch the rest! Obviously for a lot of people that would be fine but I don't have a provider that's why I was trying to watch some shows through the app! If it's a previous season that's already aired on tv I don't see why those ones can't be free!
