No blue tooth connection – DS-20000S Review

Hello just bought this scale. Thought it was time as well to update my phone to Apple so I did. Scale will not connect to app I have an I phone 11. I read other reviews that no one else can connect either so I have a total investment of $1,400 between phone and my new scale and unable to preform weighing refrigerant charges what can we do here?
