Does not work every time. – DS-20000S Review

Am I the only one who bought this scale? JB you need to fix your app. What you not going to stand behind your products. This thing does not connect like it should. If not using for awhile it connects right away and seems to work ok. But if you disconnect it does not want reconnect. Tried on my I phone 6 plus and I pad air 2 works the same way. Do not use this scale because I can't depend on it.payed 200.00 for it I expect it to work. I expected an up date by now to address these problems.
