Confused angler – BassForecast: Bass Fishing App Review

I do not understand how the ratings are high on a day in the future (let’s say 3-7 days) and then when that day approaches the ratings will change. For example, when I looked at next weeks forecast Tuesday and Wednesday were high value days but now when I look at those days later in the week the rating is much lower. I thought the forecast was more or less based on solunar tables or some other standardized method. If I look at the forecast for next week, shouldn’t it also be the same if I check it tomorrow or the next day? For now I will rate it 4 stars, but I would like to be able to plan my week around the forecast.
