Zen Labs has the easiest plans to follow for training. As a sexy senior, if I can do this, anyone can. If (when) you fall off, just start over or wherever you want to. I’ve been successful training for a full marathon, many 5ks and currently on my way back for a few upcoming 10ks. Thanks Zen Labs for being here!
