Much room for improvement – RepZio Sales Rep Software Review

While I see how it makes some of my work easier and faster, I also notice that there are many things that just don't work in my world, that may be a different world from others in sales. I have never met anyone from RZ or had my opinion solicited on how it could be better for me. I frankly don't know who I would contact. My contact is at the factory I work for and he doesn't have all the answers. I have made suggestions and he has spoken to RZ and usually there is a reason why it can't be done or now now. Bottom line is it will not replace photos any time soon if that is the goal and I am not sure if it increases sales.
