While I see how it makes some of my work easier and faster, I also notice that there are many things that just don't work in my world, that may be a different world from others in sales. I have never met anyone from RZ or had my opinion solicited on how it could be better for me. I frankly don't know who I would contact. My contact is at the factory I work for and he doesn't have all the answers. I have made suggestions and he has spoken to RZ and usually there is a reason why it can't be done or now now. Bottom line is it will not replace photos any time soon if that is the goal and I am not sure if it increases sales.

Repzio
Repzio is a great tool! I use it instead of the company website, as it is easy to use. It use it to send very professional quotes... It is quick accurate and I love that it includes the photos. Just add the items you are quoting on into bookmarks and e mail to yourself, then you can add any personal note etc with your signature from your e mail and forward to your client. This is but just one of my favorite tools with Repzio.
