Annoying re-alert upon switching back to app – thinkorswim: Trade. Invest. Review

The app has a problem with sending an annoying re-alert when switching back and forth into the app. If an alert has gone off say 20 minutes ago, if one switches to another app and then comes back to TOS mobile, the app vibrates or sounds the alert again. The app does this for EVERY switch back into app after switching into another app. So annoying and, more importantly, not helpful. Thanks!
