Cannot Sign In....again – thinkorswim: Trade. Invest. Review

I’ve had this mobile platform, throughout all of the diff versions, for many years. Great app!! ...but Even though I only use the paper trading account for going over my arbitrage strategies, I’m no longer able to log onto the account. After several emails and phone calls, they have chosen not to respond to my inquiries. I get it. I’m only using the platform for hypothetical means, but at least allow me to use it to gain knowledge on the different instruments of the marketplace. I’d hate to know if I had a live trading account the lack of cooperation they’d offer. Happy Trading??
