Worst Customer Service – Philo: Live & On-Demand TV Review

Of all the pay channels I have subscribed to after cutting the cord, Philo had been my favorite. I watched it solely when I watched TV. I started noticing though that they are cutting most of my channels short. Two of my favorite channels to watch are TLC and MTV. Their hour long episodes end up being 35-40 minutes and I never see the end of the episode! I have emailed and gotten no response, tried to message on Facebook to no avail and finally I posted on their FB wall. I checked a day later to see if they had responded and they had deleted it! I purchase a lot of shows because I watch them over. I may cut Philo and just start purchasing shoes via Apple or Amazon. The other issue is that while watching on Apple products the shows glitch out and kick me out of the episode. I try to go back in and it sends me to a different episode and when I try to start over it won’t allow me to return to said episode. I also have issues watching season 1 specifically on Animal Planet shows. It feels like Philo has gotten too big to listen to their subscribers.
