Upgrade not working/ developer unresponsive – RunDouble (Go from couch to 5k in 9 weeks!) Review

Purchased the unlimited upgrade awhile back that isn't showing on my new phone. I've followed the instructions butt still nothing. I've emailed twice for assistance but received no response.
