I’m not getting notifications anymore? – CNN: Breaking US & World News Review

I loved the fact that i could get the latest news via notifications on my lock screen but since 2 month ago the notifications have stopped! I’m not getting ANY notifications at all. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app again. I checked the notifications settings on the app and on my phone and they’re all ON! I don’t know how i can get this issue resolved! Please give me a solution, dear devs! I would hate to be forced to switch to another news app!
