Save Your Time, Go Somewhere Else – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

I started with Simple a long time ago and experienced issues with transferring funds from my external bank to them. Each time I reached out to them, they couldn’t explain where my funds had disappeared to. I stopped doing business with Simple because of the issue. Recently, I decided to give Simple another chance. I shouldn’t have wasted my time or energy. In the process of opening a new account, they needed my Social Security card to verify my identity. I submitted an image of the card multiple times and yet my new account is in Limbo. After speaking with customer service, they verified that a real person viewed my submitted documents, but due to a corner not present on my image, my identity isn’t verified. You give them the information they ask for and they play games with you, making you jump through hoops. Don’t trust these people with your money, they don’t deserve your business.
