App pathetic – Hawaiian Airlines Review

App consistently (over last 2 weeks and multiple inter island flights) tells me there is an error in my reservation and will not allow me to make a change. This forces me to make a call to an agent. The agent always makes the change without issue but why can't it be done by the app?
