Great operas; poor UI/UX – Met Opera on Demand Review

Love the operas which makes up for the extremely poor UI/UX. App support is less than helpful. This app is in need of serious upgrade, especially given the cost. App freezes. Won’t allow for pausing or rewind on most operas. Although I am enjoying the operas I would most definitely not recommend the app until there is investment in major upgrade.
