Very poor customer service – Simple - Mobile Banking Review

My account has been on hold for over two months now and I have a substantial amount of money in it I have been calling simple and every time I call they have no answers sometimes the customer care reps have attitudes I have even recorded one of my many calls with them as proof the bad service they offer. I have been asking to speak with a superior rep and they tell me their superior has the same amount of training so basically nobody has been able to help me. so my money is on hold no one helping in anyway I even asked for the address and number to their cooperate office and the rep hanged up on me. Anybody reading this please if you are thinking about signing up with this institution I’ll think twice. The pride themselves on being a good bank but from recent experience and in my honest opinion I would recommend this bank to anyone at the moment please make sure to look at other options so you are not disappointed in the end think you’ll be getting good services but basically your getting services from untrained professionals with no idea on how the bank system works and to add injury to insult they can’t even respond for the money in your account. Good luck and choose wisely when it come to where you choose to keep your fund.
