Provides no stats on your runs unless you pay to upgrade. Serves you an ad when you open the app and 2 back to back every time you complete a run. Not to mention the standing ad beneath your training plan. You’re essentially paying for the dings that tell you it’s time to run. Your better off downloading a training plan and just checking your watch Or finding a different couch to 5k app.
