App doesnt connect iPhone xr with Mac Air (new devices) – NDICam Review

.. very frustrating, whether I use a cable or the same network, nothing works. The app is completely useless for me. Please process a refund immediately and let me know once done. Thank you! Update: I went through the troubleshooting and I am not able to get more than a frozen screen. The app doesnt work for me. Do you need the $15 that urgently or can you just refund in the interest of fairness?
