Only received part of my purchase – Zombie Blast Crew Review

Bought the $10 deal with Karen and extras and only received Karen avatar after i hit restore purchases. But didn't receive the extra stuff i was suppose to receive. A bug? A scam? A glitch? Don't know and won't be making anymore purchases from them. Hope no one else experienced this.
