Instructional Coach with a Coach – Sibme Review

I coach, and I have a coach. Sibme has been the link between my teachers and my coach. I am able to share videos with teachers in a coaching conversation that is grounded in evidence of the instruction that took place in the class. On the other hand, my coach has access to the same videos as she supports me in supporting teachers. I also use Sibme to share my own coaching conversations with my coach. Coaching has been more meaningful, more purposeful, more effective. Couldn’t have done it without Sibme!
