Training with Robert and using kettlebells – Kettlebell Training: The Basics Review

I have personally work out with Robert and kettlebells for 5 years now and I love the way it makes me look and feel!! I have done his work outs through two pregnancy the first about 4.5 years ago and again when I was pregnant with my twins it was safe and I stayed fit!! I would recommend this work out to anybody but especially to moms who do not have a lot of time it is a total body work out cardio and toning all in an hour. So try it you will love it!!!
