Having trouble getting in the game – Pango Build Safari : kids 3-8 Review

The game keeps being frozen and kicks us out whenever we start the game. Please fix it soon because we do not want our money to go wasted Updated: after sending the feedback, i still have not received any solution from the developer on how to fix it, nor did they respond. What’s going on? It still crashes every time we open it????
