App Won’t Let Me Log In – PNC SmartAccess® Card Review

I haven’t been able to log into the app in months. Says UPDATE: we aren’t able to process your request at this time. So I try to enter my password manually and it says it’s wrong. I’m able to access my account via the web. What good is an app if we can’t use it. Horrible!
