Poorly designed and supported – Cigna Health Benefits Review

To call this app touchy and temperamental is an understatement. I’ve had a few issues with it randomly restarting itself and long lag times in the past, however it seems as if things have gotten worse. With a good WiFi connection it still had me re-login no less than 8 times to complete one invoice. This app is long overdue for basic upkeep and code maintenance to stabilize it so it can properly support Cigna’s customers.
