A problem – Tag with Ryan Review

Ok so my 5 y.o brother plays Tag with Ryan I play sometimes too, there is a problem when you get a character. Sometimes it gives you a character you already have i think its not fair We only have 16 characters it gave us 10 of the characters we already had ? beside that everything is ok.
