Not only have I never received a response to my chat messages from them, as a company they were 100% unwilling to consider the global crisis as reason to refund a trip. You’ve lost my business forever and I will absolutely discourage my travel heavy colleagues from using your “services.” Goodbye my $500/month to Hotwire and thousands more from my business. Sure hope you don’t get a bail out, we should support customer-centric businesses. Hasta nunca.
