COVID-19 – Hotwire: Last Minute Hotels Review

I have been trying to get a refund on my 2 outstanding reservations for over 2 weeks now because our travel plans were canceled because of COVID-19. Both rental car companies worked quickly to cancel them on their end but Hotwire has been unresponsive. Disappointing and won’t use them in the future.
