From 0 to 5K – 5K Runner: couch potato to 5K Review

Great, fantastic, amazing! The 5K app literally prepared me to run my first 5K ever! I couldn’t believe I could build that stamina and prove myself wrong, since I was not a runner in the first place. I Would not have been able to do it without the help of this app! Thanks so much!
