Poor business decisions. – TOTAL for Mobile Review

If you are asking why the app has been buggy, it’s because they want you to have problems and call customer service. They want silver members to call after hours, which is ridiculously early if you are on the west coast. They charge you $35. These problems and wipes are very easy to fix if you know where to look. But it’s hidden. This is done so they can hire low level tech service people who can “fix” issues, but all they know is where to look. This is a predatory way of business and the culture at alamode has changed durastically. Unfortunately no one is building a proper app for an industry which is slowly dying.
