Could be 5 star with couple of fixes – Transplant Hero - Medication Reminder, Pill Alarm Review

Need to be able to change alert tone so a missed dose could sound a load alert. Also need to be able to adjust dose to a 2 hour late instead of one hour or make it customizable in settings. Would pay for themselves upgrades
