Do Not Book with Hawaiian Airlines – Hawaiian Airlines Review

My wife and I booked our trips in early January. As things got worse with the covid pandemic, my wife and I decided to cancel and request refund from Hawaiian Airlines to protect our family from any sort of potential exposure. I am aware of the difficulty of such an endeavor towards plane tickets, but these are special circumstances during a very dire and sensitive time. It turns out, their team is completely ill equipped to handle such mass cancellations, their twitter and website completely flooded with complaints and errors. Do Not book with this company, as they will choose taking your money and trample all over your dignity!!
