Paid for subscription but it never activated... – Faded - Photo & Picture Editor Review

I paid $30 for the annual subscription in November because I use this app a lot. It shows as an active subscription in my App Store settings but the subscription features never ended up getting unlocked for me. I’ve tried uninstalling the app, signing out of the app, and a few other tricks suggested to me but nothing has worked. I even tried to email the team with the email they have on their website but my email got sent back to me with a message that the mailbox is disabled. Cool.
